This movie sucked. That's all there is to it. Lame plot, lame effects, extra-lame acting, and no head crushing. I don't know though, I saw the R rated version, maybe the unrated is better. I just did not enjoy it as much as the first one. At least it was better than the second one.

I have to disagree.  Citizen Toxie is a pretty decent flick.  I'd say it's on par with the first.  I like the one dude whose just a head, because he was dragged behind a truck and that's all that's left of him.  And the humor is great in it, too.  Plus it has one of my favorite lines ever in a movie.  Sgt. Kabukiman watches as Toxie runs away.  Kabuki looks at him and the two 'mentally challenged' people and goes, "Damn, they're very slowly getting away.  Ah well, forget it."  Just the delivery alone was priceless.

The R-rated version is HORRIBLY cut.  It was so blatant and destructive I stopped the movie and returned it to the rental place and demanded a new rental (they didn't have an uncut version).  I still haven't seen the film, actually...  But it is terribly cut, just so you know.

From what I saw, it didn't look like it was going to top the original film, but then again, what will?  It's still Troma's best original production, easily.

There is head crushing in the unrated cut.  I highly recommend it.
