I've got another question for you guys.
Maybe one of you will remember.

I've been racking my brain trying to remember this strange "disease" some people have claimed to have.
People who have it claim that they feel tingling and eventually pull out lengths of colored threads...from under their skin!

Doctors haven't verified that this is a legitimate disease.
Matter of fact, the doctors who have examined it firsthand have been baffled.
They don't know what the threads are made of.

ABCnews.com did a piece on it.  That's how I found out about it.

They provided a link to a website that was totally devoted to this strange phenomenon and it showed actual pictures of these colored threads.
They also showed pics of the threads under a microscope.

For the life of me, I cannot remember what this phenomenon is called.
I've done numerous Google searches and so far I've come up empty.

Anyone heard of it or know what it's called?

Ah...Morgellons!
That's it!

What a creepy name eh?  (the G in it is pronounced like G as in God)
Say it as loud as you can in your deepest, most evil voice.

Sounds like something straight out of a B-movie.

"Don't let the Morgellons get you!"
"Mwahahahah!"

Thanks for the info Scott.  1 karma for you.   Smile

So, do you guys think this is real?
Or are these people crazy?
