Too cool.  I remember the Rat Fink models.  Gaw I must be old.

Cool as they all are, nothing, and I mean NOTHING is as cool as the baddest American muscle car ever to hit production.
The 1970 Plymouth Superbird came with 3 possible power train packages.  The biggest, and most rare was the Commando 440 c.i. engine.  This damn thing had piston rings as big around as my flippin' thigh!

There are those of you who would offer up the Mustangs, the Corvettes, and even the A.C. Cobra.  All were awesome rides, and pound for pound, the Cobra, in 1962, when Mr. Shelby bought the British AC Bristol tube steel racing body and shoe horned a Ford 427 into the engine compartment on top of a three speed manual transmission to give us a little fire breathing monster that whipped Ferrari butt all over the place, was a bad @$$ ride.
BUT, for raw power and all around stylishness, the Superbird is one of the most recognizable cars in American motor history.
Very similar in design was the Dodge Daytona from 1969 and I believe 70, but interestingly enough, the two cars had no interchangeable parts.
