Apparently, nobody is too interested in this news over here.   Twirling  Well, GENESIS did it, YES did it, ELP did it, so why not LED ZEPPELIN?

From what I've heard it's only supposed to be a one time show.

But if they do a full tour with Jason Bonham drumming, I'm so there it's not funny!

BTW, I'm getting to see  The Police on November 15th!   WOO HOO!    Cheers Cheers

EDIT: I'm actually going to see The Police now on the 15th of November instead of the 6th. Couldn't get off of work for the 6th show so I'm going to the Charlotte, NC show instead of the Charlottesville, VA show.

I used to love those guys, definitely ny favorite band of all time.  But as has become obvious in the years since their heyday, Page doesn't really practice his guitar playing much any more.  When he took Kashmere and turned it into a rap song for Godzilla, that was the final straw  Thumbdown

Like I told someone at a party not too long ago, I respected that they didn't reunite but on rare occasions. But they probably didn't have to cash in either. Of course the guy in question reminded me that he made his living from tour buses for big name performers, so rock stars selling out made him money. Probably why I get to mix with the high falutten people so rarely.

Plant's solo career is interesting, and I like how he reworks and tinkers with the Zep stuff and his own songs, I figure it keeps things interesting for him. Just doing straight versions of "Rock 'N' Roll" would get old quick. WOuld love to see him and the Strange Sensation live, they were great on Soundstage.

Page solo has bored me, whoring for Sean Combs made me think even less of his post-Zep career.

I like that JP Jones found his own niche as a producer/performer, working with people like Peter Gabriel. But it was cool to see him play bass for Lenny Kravitz (who wasn't completely lame/overplayed at that point) on the VMAs years ago.
