its been about 5 years since i have seen this movie but it starts with a guy on a throne with people sleeping on the ground all around him.  The guy on the throne is yelling "WHERES THE DISK" over and over again.  In another scene a women puts a cd into an old 80's computer floppy disk drive and after a mysterious person delivers the disk to her.   

Can anyone help? Bluesad

i looked at clips of those two films and  those are not the same i am sure of it.

i'm still searching...can you think of any other little detail?this has me intrigued,i've looked everywhere i can think of,no go...i keep thinking it might be a brazilian movie,was it subtitled,or dubbed?
