Hi guys
This is my first time here but it is very cool and i will be visiting quite a bit  lol.
I really need help finding a movie  i saw years ago and it was old then.  I don't remember loads but it was set in the deep south with voodoo and swamp lands aplenty and centers around the death of this old guy rumoured to dabble in the occult.  He dies and leaves his estate to some long lost relative, young guy.  The young guy flies down to see inheritence and a range of bad plot lines follow including the discover that old man has put his spirit into a bird and some mystical happenings pushing young guy to unknowingly perform ritual stuff that will allow old man to take over his body.  I think there may have been boob and a love interest with the towns only virgin but the main thing was that they all drank something called taffia.  Please help me this is driving me crazy and has done for months, the only reason i want the title is for the music at the end credits it is sooo beautifully haunting but i am at a dead end with my extensive research please anyone help me you guys are my last hope.
thanks

I'm going to guess that this might be "Netherworld."  Though, oddly, many people remember the flying stone hand.
