KARNOV.
Rather oddball platform game with a Russian strongman as the titular hero breathing fire on his enemies.  Continuing my "Best of 1987" Youtube series.

I miss point and click games.

Although Telltale seems to be reviving them.

Telltale, Widget Games, Daedalic, KING Art... Seriously, the genre (that I also like a lot) is having a new spring now. :)

If you did not, play at least this games:
Machinarium,
A Whispered World,
Deponia,
The Book of Unwritten Tales,
Gemini Rue,
Primordia.

Some have sequels and the list is absolutely not comprehensive, but it should give you a nice kickstart.

Got that for 360. Kind of annoyed that it just throws you into the Frieza battle with no tutorial.

Alien Syndrome, 1987 Sega
Alien-blasting maze game with really tough boss battles.  Remade in recent years.

The perfect character for Mortal Kombat, in my opinion  TeddyR Still longing for a fighting game that has an all-star roster of movie slashers, killers, monsters, what have you.

I've been getting back into NES collecting in a big way the past couple months, and as a result I'm also playing a lot of NES games.

Last night I beat Trojan and Bionic Commando.  I also recently beat Mega Man 1, which was my most recent acquisition.

Prices on NES carts have gone through the roof, unfortunately.  They have roughly tripled in the past two or three years.  If you want to offload your collection, now'd be a good time.  Just saying.  Also, hoping people will flood the market and lower prices.   Twirling

Road Blasters, Atari Games 1987
Interesting driving/shooting game where you can shoot enemy cars, and you need to collect fuel orbs to prevent an empty fuel tank and a GAME OVER.  Catch weapon upgrades from an overhead jet.

BAD DUDES
Really nothing special about this game, but it's just @$$-kicking at its best.  Oh, and Karnov makes an appearance.. as a boss enemy?!
