i know right, i have been playing the 360 version lately and the rain actually looks better on the older version but the rest of it looks fantastic on the remastered
version. i had bought the Gears 4 with all the Gears games but the 5th one of course. & the place in went yesterday had on the case said it also had the replay games but the only disc in there apparently  was Gears oh well.  i gotta say the berserker's and the bats level i really hate man.

it looks better on my 4K tv as well

Gone back to Dark Souls 2, trying to recapture the happy vibes of last summer's re-play. Playing a Mage again but I buffed his strength and endurance higher than his intelligence and attunement, so he's more of a battle-mage, I'm told. Mostly playing in a leisurely way, clearing areas and farming rather than rushing from boss fight to boss fight. I find unlike Dishonored or even the Elder Scrolls games, the Souls games, however fun they remain on replays, don't present many new discoveries with subsequent visits. But there's something to be said for shoving a giant knight off a cliff so it can drown in the ocean....for the twentieth time.

Think how fun Dark Souls 2 would be if it had a party mode, like Diablo III. You and your friends hacking and slashing your way across Lordran. Maybe that is what they should work toward if ever there's a Dark Souls 4.

PS I made this character look like an undead Brad Pitt.

A whole mess of games for the Intellivision!  Lately: Shark! Shark!, B-17 Bomber and Baseball.

Still Dark Souls 2, which I been replaying off and on since last summer and I now have a character leveled at 200-something, which is higher than any I had back in my original 2014 playthrough. (This character is more or less a demigod now.) I'm about to wrap my NG+ run back through the game: very difficult at NG+, and not a slouchy game on vanilla either. The Souls titles rank in my top five of all time.

The Temple of Elemental Evil.

Civilisation 3 (my least favourite of the Civ games).

I can't wait for my new PC to arrive.
