This is most interesting since Mike Nelson, Kevin Murphy and Bill Corbett have started up the FilmCrew series of DVD's along with Mike Nelson's Rifftrax.

Like the article stated the whole Joel vs. Mike debate subsided quite some time ago but it should be interesting to see what this stirs up with all die hard Misties such as myself (I prefer the Joel era but Mike had his own great strengths as well).

According to www.mst3kinfo.com

Beginning November 5th, BBI will be launching its very own website at MST3K.com. The site will feature brand-new animated adventures of Crow, Tom Servo and Gypsy. We're told the goal is to have one new adventure each week (though "some settling may occur with shipping," they added). The Web site will also feature work from the original series (which BBI is now calling "the legacy series"), behind-the-scenes footage and other material culled from the BBI vault.

I failed to mention earlier, but this also was touched on by Slashdot.  I'm betting that the group was glad their server was only displaying a simple blurb.  Slashdot can actually cause websites to melt.

It took me a while to get used to Mike, vice Joel, because I liked Joel's understated comedy.  It will be interesting to see what the original Satellite of Love prisoner puts out for the new show.
