Yes.  I'm shamelessly spoofing another thread.  But sometimes when you poke a stick at something it makes funny noises.   Wink

Hard to believe I've seen and/or own ALL these deliriously mind-boggling movies.  Of course these are just the ones I remember . .

  • Future War
  • Spaced Out
  • Wham Bam Thank You Space Man
  • Space Thing (guilty pleasure)
  • Princess Warrior
  • The Eye of the Serpent
  • Gor
  • Outlaw of Gor
  • Death Games
  • Kekko Kamen
  • Kekko Kamen: The MGF Strikes Back
  • Kekko Kamen: Returns
  • Oasis of the Zombies
  • Zombie Lake (guilty pleasure)
  • Breeders (1986)
  • Breeders (1998)
  • Bleeders
  • Star Crystal
  • Hybrid (guilty pleasure)
  • Creepozoids (guilty pleasure)
  • The Shape of Things to Come (ludicrously awesome)
  • Zoltan, Hound of Dracula (vampire puppy!)
  • Dracula's Curse
  • Slave Girls from Beyond Infinity
  • Alien Apocalypse
  • Alexander
  • Beastmaster 2
  • Hercules Against the Moon Men
  • Robot Jox
  • Roller Blade
  • Red Spirit Lake
  • Razor Blade Smile
  • Cthulhu Mansion
  • Emmanuelle vs. Dracula
  • Embrace of the Vampire
  • One Million AC/DC
  • Malibu Beach Vampires
  • Creeptales
  • Femalien
  • Alien Species
  • Stan Lee's Harpies
  • The Dinosaur Chronicles
  • Preylien: Alien Predators

There's more but remembering Preylien makes my brain hurt.

Where's YOUR list?

Disclaimer: Nothing was actually poked with a stick during the compiling of this list.  The definition of "bad" used may encompass B-Movies or movies the author just really really really, I mean really, disliked.  This list would probably be different if posted at another time.  Objects in the mirror may be closer than they appear.  Do not operate heavy machinery while reading this list.

I don't know Kester, some of the movies didn't make me cringe when I saw them. Robot Jox, though goofy, was fun to watch. Embrace of the Vampire had Alyssa Milano in an all too brief girl-on-girl scene, so it wasn't all bad. The Kekko Kamen flicks were silly in a fun way, though the mandatory "bush blur" sequences on the versions I saw were irritating. Bleeders was okay for what it was. I didn't hate Cthulhu Mansion so much (despite the false advertising of it's title) and I thought Razor Blade Smile was passable. I definitely support Future War, Oasis of the Zombies, Zombie Lake, the Breeders movies, Beastmaster 2, and Hercules Against the Moon Men though. Those stink on toast with a glass of clam juice. Uggh.

I'd like to add the following movies, which are a lot harder to sit through without the MST3K treatment:
  • Soultaker
  • Hobgoblins
  • Riding With Death
  • Manos
  • Space Mutiny
  • Giant Spider Invasion

As far as crap I wanted to kill myself after watching that wasn't on an episode of MST3K, I'd like to nominate:
  • Killer Workout
  • Night Ripper
  • Demonicus
  • Evil Bong
  • Space Odyssey
  • The Ripper
  • The Forest
  • Godzilla's Revenge
  • The original Japanese Pulse (because it was boring AND depressing)
  • Night Crawlers

And, much like yourself KP, remembering Night Crawlers has just caused a backfire in my brain and I can't seem to recall any of the other movies that have violated my tastes over the years. As such, I'll stop here until something else surfaces.

Good list, fellas.  And some admirable choices.  Mine, in fact, are quite different, and yet I survived them:

Santa And The Ice Cream Bunny
Dracula 3000
Nukie
Space Mutiny
Nail Gun Massacre
House Of The Dead
(a.k.a.: The Alien Zone)
Titanic: The Animated Movie

Short but to the point.

BTW, another support here for the addition of Future War.  Errgh, that cardboard TV camera....

I didn't necessarily use "cringe" or "hate" as criteria when compiling my list.  Actually if open the "movies I HATE" can of worms we'd probably be frothing at the mouth about remakes.   And, really, aren't they best forgotten?

But, now that you mention it, I suppose there are some cringe-worthy bad movies.  Movies like. .

Killers Eroticus
The Worm Eaters (or whatever that flick I saw part of as a teen was called)

Okay I can't actually think of any others at the moment.  But aren't those two bad enough?

Total worthless garbage-
.PSYCHED by the 4-D WITCH-what an incomprehensible load of drek! A blind, deaf and dumb retart could make a better film.
.I DISMEMBER MAMA-Why is Paul Leder allowed to make movies?  Question
.THREE ON A MEATHOOK-Ya gotta admit...Mr. Leder can come up with some good titles for his mind numbing, boring drek.
.FREDDY GOT FINGERED-When the Apocalypse comes...put Tom Green on the frontline. Of course, he may enjoy that....and anything that gives him pleasure,I'm against. He should be deprived of any human contact for the rest of his life.  Thumbdown

I'll think of more later...just thinking of Tom Green gives me the sh1ts and the need to power puke.

I love Freddy Got Fingered
I can watch that movie over and over again and laugh my ass off every time.
The scene where he's at the cheese sandwich factory standing up on the line holding a giant sausage up to his junk, swinging it back and forth and yelling, "Ding dong!  Ding dong!" always makes me bust a gut.

This is for you RC:  TongueOut

(Not safe for work!)

And Evil Bong...
Oh man that was a real stinker.   Thumbdown
I went over to a buddy's house this last April 20th.  (420..get it?)
When I got there, they were in the middle of a stoner flick marathon and had just started that movie so I sat down and watched it with them.

"I guess we're gonna have to take this up a notch!"

I'd like to add the following. .

Thor and the Amazon Women - Very strange.  And what was really going on between Thor and his black friend?

Vulcan, Son of Jupiter - It's like Clash of the Teen Titans, only made in the sixties on a shoestring budget without the benefit of Harryhausen's SFX.

Mad Jack, Beyond Thunderbone - Soul sucking atrocity against humanity.

Embrace of the Vampire had Alyssa Milano in her prime getting all kinds of naked, so it's at least worth a rental due to that fact (along with her similar nude turn in Poison Ivy 2: Ivy around the same time.)

As for some movies that I feel that really earned my Bad Movies Fan badge of honor on:

1) The Jar
2) the Hollywood Strangler Meets the Skid Row Slasher
3) Godmonster of Indian Flats
4) The Apple
5) Backwoods
6) The Pirate Movie
7) Xanadu
8) Hard Rock Zombies
9) Astro Zombies
10) Scalps

just to name a few.

« Reply #9 on: November 29, 2007, 03:16:15 PM »

Heh, I've survived so many movies I've turned it into a seperate topic on the board. My main reason being cause I own a LOT of B-movies. So anyone interested, look to my posted topic on the board.

Has anyone actually been able to sit through Bram Stoker's Dracula's Curse or Curse of Pirate Death?

Rock n' roll Frankenstein - sooo painful, way worse than hard rock zombies (which I kind of like for some crazy reason)
