Amnesiac girl finds out that she's a clone. 70s/80s

OK, I have one. I am not sure if this was a movie or a made for TV special. I remember seeing this movie one or two times when I was young. I remember seeing it in the early 80's but this movie had a 70's feel to it (No not disco and stuff, but that sterile, Coma-like, psychological-medical mystery).

Things I know: The movie was based on a young teenage girl who discovers there is more to her life than everyone is letting on. A music-box melody seems to triggers strange thoughts, maybe a deja-vu like feeling. She runs away and somehow discovers a secret government medical center. She somehow gets inside and discovers the cause of her mental distress. She is the clone of a girl in this facility (or the girl is a clone of her, but I think its the former).

Things that might be: Parents explain to her that she was adopted. She has a boyfriend, or just young male friend that helps her.

This movie has been rolling around in my head for awhile now.
