Since we didn't get out an update bulletin last week, here's a double dose of update leftovers from
The Tomb of Anubis for all your post-Thanksgiving digestion... before the end-of-the-year holiday horror show...
Two weeks ago was the Tomb's
"You Are Who You Eat" Week celebration of man-eating reviews in honor of National Consumption Day!
Ragnarok bellied up to the Roger Corman buffet and had a sensible salad of intergalactic carnage and belly laughs with the original
The Little Shop of Horrors. Meanwhile,
Anubis gorged himself on the flesh of the fallen though, reheating archive reviews for
Ravenous,
The Silence of the Lambs, and
Motel Hell and taking second helpings on all the trimmings with new reviews for
Welcome to the Jungle,
The Grim Reaper and
Slave of the Cannibal God, filling his quota on cannibal movies for at least the next 4 months!
As for the past 7 days, things have been a bit hectic while we're update the site's look and location. Despite the remodeling though we still brought you two new reviews courtesy of
NutJob and her review for
Happy Effing Halloween and the recently wedded
Ragnarok and his post-marriage take on
Blood Thirst.
Chances are the next month or so is gonna be hard going as I try to update our catalog of
450+ reviews to the slightly new (but just new enough to be a pain in the ass) format. I was hoping we'd break the 500 review mark by New Year's but this impromptu adjustment has thrown a big evil monkey wrench into the works. We'll just have to wait and see kids...
