When i was a child(i´m 36) i saw a picture, i think that it was a b
movie for television.It was aout a monster with several arms in a
space ship,and when the persons cut his arm it became in a new
monster, ?what was the name of the film),it was from the 60´s or 70´s
i dont know,thanks

They just ran "The Green Slime" on Turner Classic Movies. I'm going through it as I get a chance.

The creatures in TGS had two arms and two tentacles. The tentacles often seemed to have some sort of "sparklers at the ends.

Was there an attractive redheaded female doctor, who's sick bay kept getting attacked by the monsters?

Fast forwarding through the movie, I didn't see any scenes where the arms/tentacles were cut off, but the monsters did spawn new ones when they were shot or injured. Since that released some slime that would then grow into new monsters. There were often more than one monster in a scene, so it could easily look like they had a lot of arms.
