This is a Russian film from 1956 or 1959 similar to the Russian fantasy film Jack Frost (which features a witch that rides a flying cauldron and lives in a house with actual legs - "Jack Frost" was made fun of by MST3K in season 8 also). Maria looks amazing, a visual circus of dancing pirates a thieving devils, not to mention bears with human child voices which is so creepy and awesome. Can anyone help find me a copy?
