Can't Think Of the Title

I'm trying to remember the title of a fairly recent movie but I can only remember one scene from it.

A guy is wronged by a mobster type guy.
Then, the guy who was wronged walks into the mobster guy's bathroom while he's taking a bath and shoots him in the legs with a revolver.
Then he says something like, "Now every time you take a bath, you'll remember me."

Anyone remember what movie that is?

I don't believe it was Payback.

The scene was a black & white flashback if I remember correctly.

Aha!  We can move this old thread to the Solved section because I figured out which movie it is.

It's from Sleepers.

It's a flashback scene where a mobster guy throws King Benny down a flight of stairs and the fall breaks out all of Benny's bottom teeth.
Later, Benny finds the mobster taking a bath and shoots him in the legs.
