One of the movie theaters in my area is showing this on August 16.  I really hope I can make it.  Should be great fun.

Thanks for the heads up, I usually attend these Rifftrax live events. I was nervous about how they would handle a classic like PLAN 9 but I ended up really liking the show. I'm equally unsure about MANOS, since they already did a great job on it, but I'll keep an open mind.

I never attended a Rifftrax event personally, however a friend of mine gave me a gift and a glorious one at that: a bluray colorized showing of their Plan 9 show from Fort Worth.  Thumbup

Wish I could watch live, but I'll have to wait for the video. The live shows are definitely their funniest.
