woke up late in the afternoon (4ish, close to dusk), the first thing that pops into my mind is that episode of Different Strokes wherein Arnold finds a stone bear head & Mr Drummond ends up having to make a deal with some native Americans over the land ownership, which got me pondering the assorted stories of the convoluted Manhattan Purchase, which got me thinking about that scene from The History Of Mankind in which Groucho Marx buys the island for a string of beads, which got me thinking about Prince Of Darkness, 'cause I think that's the only other movie where somebody refers to Satan as Mr. Scratch....

So anyway, while I was pondering the moral conundrum of Donald Pleasance's character, it hit me: Where did the Zombies on the outside of the building come from? And where did they go?

That was too close for comfort, that kick though was good enough for a Saints win 23-20.

What's the point of a documentary television series like Finding Bigfoot when you know they won't ever capture or find or show bigfoot dead or alive?

^ I remember watching some documentary about the search for Noah's Ark and of course they didn't find anything, but from several miles away they spotted something rectangular shaped - but the authorities wouldn't let them go into that area...the end  Lookingup

I used to kind of enjoy Ghost Hunters just for all the creeping around in the dark stuff, it created a nice atmosphere at least, but all that stuff has been done to death at this point.

Those shows just seem like a long set up. Never seen Ghost Hunters but I watched a few Finding Bigfoot episodes. One of the episodes was promoted as the "scariest and most intense". The "scary and intense" part turned out to be a badly acted hand-held shaking-zooming-rapid edited cam mess. Since they can't actually deliver bigfoot they have to show the audience something, right?  Lookingup

I think Unsolved Mysteries was always the best of those "finding Bigfoot/ghosts/monsters/whatever".  It just seemed to walk the line perfectly between creepy, entertaining, and actually well researched without dragging things out.

That was an awesome show!  Why don't they bring that show back instead of making all these stupid reality shows?

One of my boys is working on a science project. He's making an animal cell, but part of the asignment was that it had to be edible. So he has a giant suger cookie with sprinkles, m&ms, tootsie rolls, and gummie worms.
