The weekend before the election, I think every late night horror show host should show Triumph Of The Will, just to remind people how a bad idea can look good.

Spent $15 on a DVI to VGA adapter cable to hook up my monitor to my computer, which didn't work.  THEN I realized that my graphics card already came with an adapter, which works just fine.

If you ever need to plug a DVI into a motherboard or something else be aware that your converter may not work, there are two different DVI types I discovered recently.. one compatible with both, one compatible with one.

Thanks, I think my graphics card has both types of DVI sockets, I just picked the one that the adapter seemed to fit.

Same here I have a couple of DVIs and a VGA out from the board.. I was going to use two DVIs but I discovered this slightly different port with two less pins

We just had our first tirck-or-treater.  Elsa in a heavy rain coat.

(Yeah, weather hasn't been the best for Halloween this year.  It's supposed to snow later tonight)

I think Gwen and me might have had a little too much to drink last night.  She's getting dressed this morning and she's like "Oh I see how this thing works...it's a shirt!"   BounceGiggle

Supposed to go see Alton Brown live on stage tonight, and they give you a waterproof poncho with a hoodie on it. Sounds intriguing.

In light of the whole Gamergate controversy, I've decided to deactivate my Twitter account. I'm so done with this poo-slinging competition.

gamergate has been a real win win for libertarians. sit back and watch random anonymous kids beat the new media elites at their own game. "SJW's" have been ripe to be taken down a peg or two for a while
