A question for all the emulator gamers out there...

I just bought a copy of the 2-D Godzilla fighting game for the Turbo-Grafix 16 successor the TurboDuo. The only problem is that I don't actually own a TurboDuo... yeah, they cost in excess of $200 and there's no way I'm dropping that kind of cash on a system. If I never get to play the game then it's cool, I just like owning the game. But, if there's anybody out there who knows of an emulator that might let me play the game on my PC, you'll be my hero and I'll owe a healthy favor.
