Pretty hilarious horror movie. The plot revolved around around a female director trying to finish a horror film despite a psychopath butchering his cast. Lots of satire including copious direct jabs at Steven Spielberg.
There were some great gruesome, over-the-top, almost cartoonish death scenes too, including one guy, can't remember why for the life of me, but finds himself running around New York naked with gauze or something wrapped around his head, and then gets crushed by a car dropped onto him.
The credits at the end included a thank you to New Yorkers as a whole for just being merely amused with a naked guy running up to them, which I suppose implies that whole sequence was filmed guerrilla style and the people reacting to the guy were genuine.
Anyway, great B movie, wondering if anyone knows about this one, at least the title. I caught this on HBO of all things years ago out of the blue, haven't been able to find information on it since.
