What MOVIES do you like that EVERYBODY ELSE HATES ?? (mine is Boogie Nights)

Glad to see there's other fans of the MMPR movie.  I grew up with that flick.

With all this talk about MMPR movie, I'm thinking about putting it in my Netflix queue and watching it sometime.  I grew up on Power Rangers and other shows and such, so maybe it will help with feel like a kid again.

Yeah, I pop the dvd now and then.  I have that and the sequel, plus some Ninja Turtle dvd's.  My favorite was when the Ninja Turtles and Power Rangers teamed up in 1998.  That was a fanboy's wet dream right there.

I have the first two Ninja Turtles movies on DVD and I'm going to get rid of the second DVD soon, since I ended up not liking that movie at all. 

I liked the first TMNT film, but I wouldn't call myself a huge fan of the series, I liked to watch it now and then.  Now my one cousin, he was obsessed with TMNT back in the day so this ended being his favorite film. 

I don't know how old you are, but I guess it's dependant upon age.  I was born in '84 and started watching cartoons about the time the first TMNT toon came on, so I grew up a fan of that.  Then I was about 9 or so when MMPR came on, so it worked out getting to watch Power Rangers then flipping to CBS and seeing the turtles. 

I liked all three Turtle flicks.  At least the 3rd brought back Casey Jones.

I was born in '85, so I'm 22 right now, but will be 23 in a few months.

I was a huge TMNT fan.  And PR.

Never got into Star Wars/Star Trek though, so this is my version of that I suppose.

I quite liked the Dawn remake.  Thought it worked well overall.

Plus any movie that ends with Richard Cheese doing a lounge version of Disturbed's "Down With The Sickness" gets a thumbs up in my book.

There's something oddly charming about Hudson Hawk. I bought the DVD and like to break it out every so often just to get a groan out of my fiancee. The only thing I didn't like about the movie were the scenes of Bruce Willis and Danny Aiello singing, but other than that I like the movie! The lines, the timing, the slapstick, it's all so much fun!

I think it's quite hilarious that Caesar had a moustache under the facepaint.  It's just there.  He rocked as Joker though.

Just watched much of this last night on IFC; I thought it was damned creepy and pretty good.  The symbolic meaning was not lost on me (and it is a bit heavy-handed) but once I started watching it, I was hooked.

Mystery Men- Such a good little underrated movie with a great cast.  Ben Stiller, Hank Azaria, William H. Macy are a trio of superheroes with limited superpowers.  Then they recruit a bunch of lesser heroes to team with them.

I think I posted it earlier, but I'm not certain.  Either way a good flick worth checking out.

Guy Pearce was great in this movie. Its just to bad not many people know about it. And if they hear about it they think its just a nasty horror movie, but theres alot more to it then just the horror movie stuff.
