For those of you in the Los Angeles area.  They last screened "The Apple" in January 2007.  This movie has got to be a sight to see on the big screen:

This month, the So Bad It's Good Film Fest is screening none other than THE APPLE! If you've never seen this awesomely bad cult favorite before, here's your chance. There'll also be the usual raffle with fun prizes given out at the beginning of the night.

Due to the large number of requests for advance tickets for this show, you can now purchase your tickets ahead of time to guarantee your entry. Please visit www.myspace.com/sbigfilmfest, and click on the button provided to buy advance tickets.


Cafe at the Vista (next door to the theatre) will be offering their special promotion once again to SBIG fans. Anyone who visits the coffee shop and says 'Long live The Apple!' will receive one free 12 oz. coffee (regular or decaffeinated) with their purchase. This offer will be valid from Thursday, February 28th until noon, Saturday, March 1, 2008.

They really ought to make this like a Rocky Horror audience participation type event.  I wonder who would volunteer to wear the gold thong?   TeddyR
