We're all just victims of circumstance

I tried religion and some holy roller steals my tent.
In the grave yard I ain't strong enough to jump the fence.
Some men they say they got more soul than both my shoes.
Makes me wonder can we ever stop payin' dues.

Tell me where the lyrics came from.

Never give up on love

I'm an avid knitter and I have so much yarn at home, I need a whole room to keep it all in.  Trouble is, it's all odd amounts that I can't do much with.  I've been sarching for a pattern that would take care of all the odd bits and bobs so I can at least walk through the flat without tripping over yarn.

And on the weekend I found the perfect book in the library.  A guy called Kaffe Fassett is a leading textile artist and is known for his use of bright random colours in his knitting, quilting, mosaic work, you name it.

So I copied down some striped patterns which would be perfect to make an "odd ball" afghan with and so use up all the yarn scraps I haven't the heart to throw out.  Finally I'll have an empty flat.

But I'm only doing it so I can go out and buy more yarn without feeling like an addict.   Smile

This new keyboard on my computer sure looks nice - it's got really flat keys, and looks really high-tech.  And I only get about 16 times more typos than before, so it's well worth it.

The FDA has been looking for a generic name for Viagra. After careful consideration by a team of government experts, it recently announced that it has settled on the generic name of Mycoxafloppin. Also considered were Mycoxafailin, Mydixadrupin, Mydixarizin, Dixafix, and of course, Ibepokin.

Could someone please fix the electricity problems in South Africa? These idiots can't www.eskom.co.za and we are hosting the Soccer World Cup in 2010.

We are going to have to play with torches if the problems persist.  Buggedout

That's always a morale booster.  What film, dare I ask?

Trevor, I think that watching (via infrared) professional soccer players trying to play in pitch blackness would be quite entertaining.  You could even loose a lion on the field to surprise them.

I Agree with Andrew, what film was it?  If I'm not being so rude as to ask.

That would be awesome...I'd even watch that.

This one. It's actually my second DVD cover quote. The first was for a film from the same director.
