Um, I liked it a lot myself.  I've seen it twice.

It may sound a little cruel but I've always (since high school at least) kind of did the "Ha-Ha!" thing from The Simpsons in my head when I hear about teenage pregnancy.  I have zero desire to see this movie, as good as it may be.

Though I don't like to see this type pregnancy and I don't think it should be a concept to be popularized in film and in the theaters. It would be neat if these things always turned up roses, but they usually don't in real life.

Despite that I wouldn't mind seeing this film. Maybe when it comes out on DVD.

Haven't seen it yet, but looks up my alley.  I'd see it but no theater near me shows it.  I'd have to go a bit further out to see it.

Didn't really care to see it myself, but my wife convinced me to go.  Excellent film in my opinion.  Great cast, great script, overall just a great film.  Go see it despite any ideas you have about teenage pregnancy.  It was certainly a great and unexpected surprise.

It got a little bit more press that it otherwise might have, from people reading something political into the girl not getting an abortion.

:hot:Ooohhh, she gives it up for adoption or something, the rampant misogyny of it all!!!:hot:

I thought it was good, but not incredible. I'm glad I saw it though. The music fit the film well, even though I hate the Moldy Peaches.

Yeah, most of the music is awful on its own but works well within the film.

The music is certainly a big part of the film, and I found myself really enjoying it quite a bit.  The final scene with both Cera and Page singing was great.
