I Need the title of this movie, Please help

I need help finding this film, I first saw the film back in the early 80's on tv. It was filmed in the 60s or 70s not sure. The movie is about a young girl who seduces men to this cave where she chops off their heads. She keeps all of the heads in this cave. Unfortunately that's all I have. Please help

This could perhaps be "The Most Dangerous Woman Alive" a.k.a. "Lethal Woman" with Marete van Kamp of "Princess Daisy" fame, made in South Africa in 1988.

Maybe the WITCH WHO CAME in from the SEA (1976). Never seen it...but have read reviews...and seem to rember decaps as part of the plot. Any way...here's a link...
