Looking for a skit

I'm sure I saw this on a site that Andrew has in his links (favorite sites, or horror sites, something like that). It was kind of a little script for this skit based on Night of the Living Dead, where Ben and the bald guy are arguing about whether to hide in the basement or not, but they do these little formal presentations on it, like politicians or something.

I'm trying to get some guys to help me make an "Amazon Women On The Moon" type of movie, and I'd like to try getting permission to do a bit based on this for it. Could even use NOTLD for stock footage, I guess, since it's public domain.
