I saw a entry for this movie one one of these movie sites. It's about a young guy that builds a steel room and hangs a woman in it and sets her on fire with a flame thrower or torch. I had it on VHS a long time ago, and like I said I thought I saw it listed on this or a related site..

The movie you're looking for is Don't Go In The House(1980).
