Thunderball Fists?! I can have such a thing?!

I got an e-mail tonight from Alex Salceanu, the administrator of the Brea City Art Gallery.  From March 22nd, to May 2nd, there will be a b-movie exhibit at said art gallery, that promises to give the b-movie genre a lot of love and respect:

Quote
"B Movie Madness” will take a fun and thought provoking look at "B Movies" and their impact on our culture. Expressed through classic posters, movie props, music and more, the exhibition will highlight the many ways, subtle and obvious, in which B movies have influenced everyday life. From visual and artistic influences, musical and fashion trends, to language and, as common frames of reference, how the B movie has become an intrinsic part of contemporary culture.

A "B Movie" film festival will feature a different "B Movie" each weekend: "Creature from the Black Lagoon," "Forbidden Planet," "Ed Wood," "Attack of the Killer Tomatoes," and “Bed Time for Banzo.” The Gallery will also be producing "B Movies" with Gallery visitors invited to tape a short scene to be part of a combined "B Movie" which will be screened at the closing reception.

The City of Brea Art Gallery is a non profit, non collecting museum located at the Brea Civic and Cultural Centre in north east Orange County, California. The Gallery has been presenting a variety of art exhibitions since 1980. The City of Brea Art Gallery is a community service of the City of Brea, a General Law City incorporated under the California Municipal Code in 1917.

This sounds like an amazing exhibit and I envy anyone that gets to attend. Currently, Alex is seeking out anyone who is willing to loan memorabilia to the exhibit, such as movie props, movie posters, etc. If you, or anyone you know, may be able to help in this regard, then contact Alex via the information below:

Earth is visited by a GIANT ANTIMATTER SPACE BUZZARD! Gawk at the amazingly bad bird puppet, or chuckle over the silly dialog. This is one of the greatest b-movies ever made.
