i saw a USA up all night movie where a kid was in the hospital for some unknown reason and his grandpa was paying a nurse to have sex with him.  The nurse went in to have sex with him and the kid freaked out.  I remember seeing a fat women have sex with a guy and i think she killed him.  At the end of the movie the fat women fell down and went through the earth i think.  I know it sounds weird and I have a vague description but I hope someone can answer this.  Thanks again love this website.

That looks like a very good match, and Wikipedia lists "Buford's Beach Bunnies" as one of the films that played on USA Up All Night.  Here's the IMDb page:
