Two Early 90's Movies

   Both of these movies are from when I was very young, so my memories of them are very vague.  My aunt had them from a video store and most of her movies were from around 1991 or 1992.

 The first one had box art with a hand hanging out of a case of some sort, perhaps a suitcase.  This is very little to go on, but maybe someone here has seen it.

 The second had a cover showing two aliens or robots, one tall and the other small if I recall correctly.  I don't remember much of the movie, just the movie starting with an area surrounded by yellow police tape where I seem to remember the aliens were located.

 This is not much to go on, but I've searched a lot for these and have had no luck, so perhaps someone here knows.  Thanks for looking.

Both have a hand hanging out.

No idea as to what the second movie might be.

Thanks, but unfortunately I'm familiar with both and it's neither one.  I seem to remember it being an arm hanging out of what seemed to be a suitcase on wheels being pulled by someone.

The one with the hand sounds extremely familiar, but the name escapes me now.  Was it a horror flick or comedy.

I'm not sure that I ever watched the first movie, but I'm pretty sure that the box made it come across as horror, with no comedy.
