I didn't like many 90s cartoons in the 90s and I don't like them now. They just don't have that special something that 80s cartoons had. But, sometimes, I'll stumble across a 90s cartoon that I love.
Sky Surfer Strike Force is one such 90s cartoon. It's a bad cartoon, no doubt, but it's bad in all the right ways!

The gist of Skysurfer Strike Force is that this guy became Skysurfer because ...
... Cybron here killed his dad.
This episode begins with Lazerette here going to collect a SECRET FORMULA.
"There's a reason they call it a DEADline."
Fortunately, the guys just happen to be right there.
Lazerette shows off her amazing power.
Two of them look impressed, but the guy on the left doesn't seem interested.
Cybron and his daughter conspire to capture a member of the Strike Force to use the SECRET FORMULA on.
They capture Ice, the token female.
Skysurfer is not pleased.
Cybron gives Ice the SECRET FORMULA and she starts growing!
She's huge!
Cybron orders Ice to steal an oil tanker that contains information on the wherabouts of the US President.
Ice is so big, the guys don't know what to think!
It's really throwing them for a loop!
Lazerette finds the guys' horror at their teammate's fate amusing.
Skysurfer tries to get Ice to come back from the dark side.
But she's all evil now and tries to drown him.
Later, Ice has a moment of clarity and begs for a cure. "I WANT it, Sky!"
"GIVE IT TO ME, SKY! I NEED IT!"
Skysurfer sneaks into Cybron's base by hiding inside Ice's underwear. No, really. That's him flying his skyboard into her pants.
Once inside the base, he almost mistakes the 3.5 floppy with the cure on it for a cookie.
The guy who made the SECRET FORMULA in the first place makes the the cure. "You'll have to inject it into her."
The evil borgs on the way to back up Ice while she captures the President. Yes, they are pretty much the greatest bad guys ever.
The villains capture the jets guarding the President's train ...
... and get in yet ANOTHER aerial battle with the Skysurfers.
The President's train penetrates the depths of a stinking hot tunnel, little suspecting that Ice is waiting on the other side.
Ice moves into position to grab the train.
But Skysurfer injects the antidote deep into her!
She has some trouble taking it.
But she's very relieved when it's all over.
