How Much Did Rumsfeld Know?
The three page excerpt is from Lt. Gen. Ricardo Sanchez' book, Wiser In Battle; Sanchez fought in Iraq.  What's posted at TIME's website is an interesting read:

"In the meantime, hundreds of billions of taxpayer dollars were unnecessarily spent, and worse yet, too many of our most precious military resource, our American soldiers, were unnecessarily wounded, maimed, and killed as a result. In my mind, this action by the Bush administration amounts to gross incompetence and dereliction of duty..."

This is not in the least bit surprising. The whole Iraq thing has been a cluster-f**k since day one.  We never had any business going there, Iraq and Saddam had nothing to do with 911 attacks and as we now know he had no WMD's (at his own admission to the FBI), he was bulls**tting for 5 years about having them.

Something stating Rumsfeld is an incompetent moron isn't news.

And you thought Trek isn't cool.
