Can you help me find the name of a movie where the bad guys look like rubber giant sea creatures or maybe crustraceans or squids  and they  have some kind of mind control or telepathy I remember them talking to a Dr or scientist saying something like they exist before the human race existed . the movie is in color and looks like a 50's or 60's movies. the dr might be the hero in the movie because he didnt look old or weak .thanks for all your help

Sounds kind of like YOG-MONSTER from OUTER SPACE....but that was a Japanese film...

Actually, it sounds more like the Jon Pertwee Dr. Who serial, "The Sea Devils".  Here's a picture of one.

Another Pertwee-era episode could be "Dr Who and the Silurians" this being a 'Silurian'

Another possibility might be the Davison-era serial "Warriors of the Deep" which featured both 'Sea Devils' and 'Silurians' bidding to start a third world war although this was made in 1983.

thanks for all your help, I really, really, appreciate it , but is not a Dr WHo serial or Yog monster from space ... the movie is more like "the monster that challenged the world" but in color instead of black and white, and the creatures are highly intelligent. the dr in the movie would be more like the classic 50's movies where the scientist is also the action hero .

Just a wild guess, but how about Destination Inner Space?

Here's the monster:

The FDA has been looking for a generic name for Viagra. After careful consideration by a team of government experts, it recently announced that it has settled on the generic name of Mycoxafloppin. Also considered were Mycoxafailin, Mydixadrupin, Mydixarizin, Dixafix, and of course, Ibepokin.

As far as I can remember, the monster in "Destination Inner Space" never spoke and merely seemed to be a nuisance to be defeated, rather than a fully fledged character. Right time period though (Circa 1966 wasn't it?)

Can you remember any more facts about the film?  Were there any other main characters besides the doctor?  You mention they are sea monsters, but was the setting on an island, near a city, or elsewhere?  How large were the creatures?  Man-sized, car-sized, house-sized?  Was the time period for the movie set around 1950-1960, or sometime earlier?

Maybe you're thinking of Terror Beneath the Sea. Japanese film from late '60s with Sonny Chiba.
