I'm trying to find the name of a movie that I saw some decades ago on TV late at night. It appears to have been a 70's movie, and a woman was kidnapped/abducted by two prison escapees(?) while driving. She may or may not have had kids with her. She had long blonde hair and the setting appeared to be in Northern California or West coast. I believe everybody died in the end...

Sounds a bit like Rabid Dogs or Cop Killers.
