I'm shocked there are no topics for this. I've seen nearly every episode and unlike what Joe Q has been doing to Spidey this series clearly cares about Peter Parker.

The villains are just about spot on, it's exciting, and best of all die hards and new fans can enjoy it.

All I can say for now.

I have no idea what you're talking about, Dave, as I have not seen the show.

Just thought I would reply to your thread.

Where have you been keeping yourself?

Am I going to have to do another tribute post to get you to post more?

I keep forgetting this is on.  It's Saturday's at 10, right?  Usually I watch Ninja Turtles or Degrassi. Buggedout But I wanna watch this, as both TMNT and Degrassi are reruns.

And have you read the comics lately, the "Brand New Day' ones?  Not as good as they used to be, but I'm enjoying it.  Somewhat.  Then again, it's been about ten years since I've read the comics.  Last time I read it, he had a new costume, and it wasn't Peter, but rater Ben Reilly, the clone.

I have no idea when Spidey comes on. But as for One More Day/ Brand New Day I consider it one of the biggest abominations a series can go through. I mean character are supposed to move 'foward' not backward? Right? Well apparanetly Quesada strongly disagrees with that.

I'm not so much against re-telling the story so much.  It's just that the newer villians aren't given enough time to have storylines or become interesting.  And the fact that they brought back Kraven the Hunter as a woman is odd.  I'm not against a female villain, just not remaking a classic one and giving him a sex change.

Good song.  I like The Ramones take on it:

I've always been fond of the Toei Spider-Man theme myself.
