I'm trying to remember somthing I saw on TV called Mad Movies.  It was one of those where they take a b-film and re-dub it.  It was distinct from those shorts were chimps re-enacted movies.

One of best parts of staying up late Fridays, Saturday, and Sunday watching it on Nick At Night in the mid 80's.
