I'm looking for a mnemonic here.

I have 3 sets of 3 characters:

i39

z70

z75

I'm wondering which of the three sets is easier for you to remember if someone where to mention it to you offhand.

You don't have to tell me why it seems easier to remember; but if you want to that could help.

Thank You

I would say i39 just because it kind of flows easier.  For some people i'm saying it as i-thirty-nine, not i-3-9.

Honestly, none of them are particularly memorable.  I would go with z70, ZEE-sev-ven-TEE.  The two "EE" sounds at the beginning and end make it slightly more euphonious.

How about Z28 that's easy to remember.

Other Z70

I39 sound like something someone would call out at bingo.
Z75 just doesn't flow.

Yeah, Z70 because it reminds me of Z28.

Z75 because it reminds me of a CZ 75.

i36 would be easy to remember because I can think of i386

Z70 I think of the MG ZR

Z75 I think of the RX-75 (You have to know what I am referencing to understand what I am talking about)

I'd say i-39, because it rolls off the tongue easier, and it sounds like a highway.

Bear in mind that the Z ones sound extra awkward to me, because I pronounce the letter "zed."

Well, we seem to have close to a tie.

If anyone was wondering, these are all available dotorg domains. I have been looking at an easy to remember domain name that is short for a website I am putting together that will have a forum where work associates locally can get together. The idea was to have a domain that most anybody could remember and find.

I ended up going a different direction. I have the dotorg z54 and have had it for a while. Since it did not do anything in its intended use, I decided to use it for this; especially being that it is number 1 in a Google search for z54, so it can be found even if they can't remember if it is a dotcom, dotnet, or dotorg (which is why I generally prefer a dotorg over a dotnet; I have made the mistake of typing dotcom for a dotnet, but have not made that mistake with a dotorg).

Thank you all for your assistance. Just momentarily seeing some of your all's thinking processes in action....well...is a truly scary experience. TeddyR
