Now, THIS is pretty funky. Apparently this fellow got the idea of using fish for a pedicure. You see there's this type of carp that live in very warm waters, so warm the waters don't support much else as far as life goes, so the fish make due with whatever they can eat. This guy got the idea of using the fish to do pedicures (in Europe, the fish were already used for medical treatments.)
Tracy Roberts, 33, of Rockville, Md. has her toes nibbled on by a type of carp called garra rufa, or doctor fish, during a fish pedicure treatment at Yvonne Hair and Nails salon in Alexandria, Va. on Thursday July 17, 2008.

Here's a picture with it's caption from the article.
You see, the fish eat the dead skin that flakes off from your toes and feet. This might sound crazy, but anyone who's ever had callouses know they get pretty loose after a warm bath. Strangely enough, this is NOT the weirdest thing I've heard of when it comes to beauty treatments. I've articles about people using bird poop for a facial cream (I kid you not) and all sorts of other crazy stuff.
I have to admit though, unlike the bird poop thing, I wouldn't mind trying this one myself.
