First of all, I would like to take a moment to extend my thanks to BTM for the Jugs thread. I have certainly had my hands full with that topic.

Being that we have been into quite a few political, socio-economic, sociopathic, and other pathic and pathetic threads in this off-topic forum, I would like to offer something...refreshing. A change of pace. Something enjoyable that we can all agree on.

Of course, I don't have damn thing along those lines, so I thought I would just take a moment and shamelessly plug my own site.

Webmasters; get out of the basement, and into the Dungeon.

A simple and fast forum for webmasters or the curious (uh...don't take that the wrong way :tongueout:).

This does not seek to be DP, Warriors, WTalk, or any of the other more professional webmaster forums; this is just a simple place for webmasters to talk about anything from web design to uh...well...anything.

The tools and resources sections are under construction, though the scripts directory is up and running. The tools and resources sections will include stuff like online banner creators (regular and adult), JavaScripts, templates, backgrounds and links to various resources; basically a forum with access to most anything a webmaster could use.

Those I have just bored with the above, I now return you to your regular channel.

Jugs  :twirl:

That has to be the cleanest, brightest, most pleasant looking dungeon I've ever seen.

Not to worry; I'm there, so we know it's going to get dirty.

Yet another forum added to your collection Pham.......er Menard. You have to work on that addiction thing.

And you thought Trek isn't cool.

Most of my forums (dammit, old habit, spelled it as phorums at first) have gone. The only ones I have are this one, the z54 forum which is a local retail portal, and I do still have the cage, but it festers as always in its lack of use and literally scares the hell out of people.

I'm primarily concentrating on this one and the z54 forum; the cage can continue to fester until I move it to its own domain and use it as a central forum for several domains.

If someone wants their own forum for free, they can go to http://6vl.net/forums/ to set up a very basic flat forum. I wouldn't roam the site as it is far from complete; I am having to work on it daily and it will take weeks to months to get it fully running, but the forums work.

Just an update.

Within this week or so, I will be running a contest on the forum (uh...that would be Webmaster Dungeon, not this one ).

The prizes for the contest will include a domain (a 3 character dotnet) and web hosting.

I'll post back here with details and a link to the contest page when it is ready.

Menard

The contest has just started and will run until September 30 (that would be the contest I mentioned in the previous post).

You can get details here: http://webmasterdungeon.com/index.php?a=vtopic&t=24

The prizes are a three character dotnet domain (T8F.net) and one year of web hosting.
