Trying to remember what flick this was in.  It's one that I watched within the last few years and don't believe it to be all that old.  I clearly remember a scene in which a character's heart stops beating and another character kicks down on their chest to get the heart beating again.  For some reason I'm wanting to say it was a foreign film but I'm sure I'm way off in that thought.  I'm 90% sure it was an action flick.
