#7.

Vincent Price: Can there be any doubt about this inclusion? From THE INVISIBLE MAN RETURNS to EDWARD SCISSORSHANDS, he's an undeniable icon of the Horror Fantasy genre. Heck he even appeared in a kids horror show in Canada entitled "The Hilarious House of Frightenstein". All those Corman Poe films: THE FALL OF THE HOUSE OF USHER, THE RAVEN, PIT AND THE PENDULUM, THE MASQUE OF THE RED DEATH, THE TOMB OF LIGEIA not to mention starring in MASTER OF THE WORLD, THE COMEDY OF TERRORS, TWICE TOLD TALES, THE TINGLER, WITCHFINDER GENERAL, THE DR. GOLDFOOT films, DIARY OF A MADMAN, TOWER OF LONDON, HOUSE OF WAX, THE FLY and RETURN OF THE FLY. He also appeared on "Get Smart", "Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea" and was the villain named Egghead on "Batman".

I nominate James Karen for his work in various B-films.  That guy should have gotten an award for his role as Frank in Return Of The Living Dead.  If anything, just for the parts he is whining.

 Egg-cellant! (as Egghead would say!)

Here's one that deserves inclusion.....he's been a regular in B-movies since the AIP /Corman days, yet he rarley got a lead....but once,in the classic BUCKET of BLOOD. Everything from IT CONQUERED THE WORLD (1955) to ROCK AND ROLL HIGH SCHOOL (1979) ,GREMLINS (1984), to last year's TRAIL of the SCREAMING FOREHEAD. His credits are ASTOUNDING!!!!!!

Here he is as Walter Paisley in BUCKET of BLOOD (1959)

I think the count is off (no pun intended) because I nominated TOM ATKINS who would have been #6.

EDIT:
Egg-cellant! (as Egghead would say!)
That's what I always say mainly 'cause my mother called my brother "Ed" a "big butter and egg man..."  I also say "Edcellent!"

(PS...this IS #12....)
Thank you for noticing!

Can there be any doubt that #15 CAMERON MITCHELL belongs here:

His filmography includes FLIGHT TO MARS, GORILLA AT LARGE, BLOOD AND BLACK LACE, KNIVES OF THE AVENGER, MAN EATER OF HYDRA, NIGHTMARE IN WAX, THE TOOLBOX MURDERS, THE SWARM, WITHOUT WARNING, ERIK THE CONQUEROR, FRANKENSTEIN ISLAND and numerous other roles in B-movie war pics, B-movie westerns (where he truly excelled it seems) and numerous television appearances in shows from practically every genre.

18 - Sid Haig. A truly menacing heavy in many movies and TV shows, until he stopped taking roles as heavies. Came back big time as probably the first honest-to-goodness horror icon of the 21st century.

Incidentally, in this scene from TJ Hooker, Sid is remarking on the noticeable line between Shatner's toupee and his real hair.

No.19 - Phil Fondacaro - The littlest giant of b-movies. Though he's kept mostly to Full Moon flicks, he's had a few other roles outside of Charles Band's productions, including Bordello of Blood, Land of the Dead, and he killed a guy in an episode of CSI! TeddyR

Can't do this list without this name:

#20. CHRISTOPHER LEE

(Besides his star turns as Dracula and the Mummy and the Frankenstein Monster and his popularity in the new Star Wars films as Count Dooku, Lee has been in a calvacade of B-movies which some would argue his monster roles also belong too. His filmography includes CORRIDORS OF BLOOD, THE HOUND OF THE BASKERVILLES, THE MAN WHO COULD CHEAT DEATH, HORROR HOTEL, THE TWO FACES OF DR. JEKYLL, THE HANDS OF ORLAC, THE TERROR OF THE TONGS, TASTE OF FEAR, HERCULES IN THE HAUNTED WORLD, CASTLE OF THE LIVING DEAD, CRYPT OF THE VAMPIRE, THE DEVIL-SHIP PIRATES, THE GORGON, DR. TERROR'S HOUSE OF HORRORS, SHE, THE SKULL, several FU MANCHU films, THEATRE OF DEATH, CIRCUS OF FEAR, ISLAND OF THE BURNING DOOMED, THE CRIMSON CULT and that's just up to the 1960s. More notables to come in the 70s were THE CREEPING FLESH, several DRACULA sequels, THE WICKER MAN, TO THE DEVIL A DAUGHTER and STARSHIP INVASIONS and that's just some of his B-movie roles.)

A bona fide legend for B-movie fans:
