Rick Sloane is planning on interviewing several of the actors and actresses who were in the original "Hobgoblins."  If anyone has any questions they would like to ask them, I might be able to get the gent to add them to his list.

Right now Mr. Sloane has locked on the following cast members:  Tom Bartlett, Billy Frank, and Daran Norris.  At present none of the actresses have been either located or said, "Yes" to an interview.  Here's the IMDb page for the film:

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0089280/

Tom was the young hero, Billy the Army fanatic, and Daran the announcer at the club.

Two questions I thought of, for any of them:

After the first time you saw the actual Hobgoblin puppets, what were your thoughts?  Were you mulling over the previous day as you ate breakfast and suddenly thought, "Those Hobgoblins would have been a lot more convincing if the eyes and mouth moved."

What did you think of the Mystery Science Theater episode for "Hobgoblins?"  It definitely exposed the film to a much larger audience, but some of the riffing was quite personal.  Did the sudden cult status catch you offguard?

Like you have already mentioned, my question would have to do with the MST3K treatment and how they felt about it.

I know that on the Rhino DVD of Timechasers, Mike Nelson said that the cast/director had a party the night it aired but that the mood quickly soured when they heard how savage Mike and the Bots were in their treatment of the flick (which is one of my personal favorite MST3K episodes BTW).

I know they don't necessarily have control over this but my question would be

"Is Fonatellee's KissKicker 99 going to be available on iTunes?"
