Hi there folks

I asked about this film some time ago but unfortunately
I still haven't found any leads, figured i might as well give it another shot.
From what I recall the film looked to be from 70's definitely horror, I don't remember too much
but here are the scenes which stuck in my young mind

.A man is tied up in a barn or somewhere similar
.He is cut along the chest
.He is told to abduct a number of the nearby townsfolk (for what purpose i'm not sure)
.A young man enters a public bathroom maybe at a gas station
a dirty hand reaches under from the next stall and a gruff voice asks for some toilet paper the boy looks nervous but when he hands over the paper he is grabbed.

That's about all I remember.
I was probably too scared to watch any further as I was quite young.
This film has been bugging me for a very long time, if anybody has any ideas at all what this might be I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks

I think it's time I gave up the ghost on this one,
it's been about 20 years and still no luck.
Well there's always that old saying
you only find what you're looking for when you stop looking or something along those lines

thanks for all the views people

keep up the good work

I've read a review of a movie with similar plot points, but I can't recall which bad movie site it was.  I think it was at www.1000misspenthours.com.  You can try looking through there, and I'll be looking through the reviews to see if it leaps out at me.

Long shot.
