FEVERPITCH PICTURES MOVES OFFICE
TO NEW LOCATION AT STUDIO CENTRE IN NORRISTOWN

Move establishes first production company at the home of new PA film studio.

Los Angeles, CA, (August 6, 2008) Feverpitch Pictures, a motion picture production company has moved to a new location at the site of the first major film studio being built in Pennsylvania. The move is the first of what is anticipated to be a wide variety of entertainment companies relocating to the location to create a hub of filmmaking activity at the new studio facility.

The company is now at Studio Centre, 1810 Markley St., Norristown, PA.

Founded by Jeffrey D. Erb and Joe Nicolo, Feverpitch is known for producing and executive producing a wide variety of films in a multitude of genres including drama, comedy, horror, and thriller. Most recently, Just Add Water, starring Dylan Walsh, Jonah Hill, Justin Long, and Danny Devito was released theatrically and on DVD and the film The Speed of Life won a special jury prize at the 2008 Venice Film Festival.

The company and its principals have been involved in the production of five films in the past 24 months, including Just Add Water, Tooth and Nail, The Speed of Life, Southern Gothic, and Let the Game Begin. Production is set to begin in Pennsylvania in September on "The Storyteller" starring Wes Bentley, Katharine McPhee, and Anita Briem.

Mr. Erb is also a principal in Norristown Studios, the 280,000 square foot studio complex being built at the location. The studio facility is set to be a world-class film production facility with eight state-of-the-art sound stages and complete post-production facilities all designed to attract major motion picture productions as well as independent films and television productions.

Erb teamed up with film producer Kelly Wolfington and Develcom, a regional real estate development company, to launch what they believe will be one of the most complete and most capable studio facilities east of the Mississippi.

Charles Gallub, Principal of Develcom, said, "Bringing Feverpitch and Jeffrey Erb to Studio Centre demonstrates our commitment to the State, and to the county and municipality of Norristown to deliver an exciting new vibrant movie studio to Norristown in 2009. Studio Centre expects additional studio projects and announcements early fall."

Jeffrey Erb said, "I'm very enthused to have the presence of Feverpitch Pictures take the lead in establishing Norristown as a hub for filmmaking in the Philadelphia region. We look forward to helping evolve a dynamic creative environment where filmmakers can collaborate and hone their craft."

Norristown Studios is currently in talks with prominent studios, producers, and talent agencies regarding major upcoming projects and partnerships. The studio will have a major impact on local, regional and statewide economies. The employment opportunity that the studio will create is paramount. Hundreds of high quality good paying jobs will be created for Montgomery County and especially Norristown residents.  The Studio will provide long term quality employment and will advance and sustain Norristown's revitalization efforts. The Greater Philadelphia Film Office estimates building this type of facility in Pennsylvania will create an economic ripple effect to the region generating an estimated half a billion dollars in new commerce. The studio is expected to complete construction in 2009.

Sharon Pinkenson, Director of the Greater Philadelphia Film Office sad, "We're looking forward to having the stages in Norristown online as soon as possible because there is a tremendous need for the studio space.  Currently, we're losing shows to New York that would have much preferred our lower costs.  But next year we'll be putting more locals to work in high paying jobs in the best industry in the world right here in the greater Philadelphia area."

The development of the studio is a direct response to Pennsylvania's new economic incentive package designed to make Pennsylvania the most economically attractive state for film production.  Incentives include direct rebates to production companies for their expenditures in Pennsylvania.

They have now changed the signage at the existing shopping area in Norristown and are supposed to break ground on the studio space itself next month.
