two guys in dirt bikes (with roller skates) went out from a cargo truck (in movement) and then kill the driver of the truck.... does anyone know the title of this movie???  Question

Possibly "Thunder Run" from circa 1986 with Forrest Tucker?

It wouldn't be Thunder Run.  Aside from there being a truck, nothing else matches the description.

wish i knew. was this one also consisting of roller skate gangs?

i remember one with lots of roller skating from the 80's that was set in the future and that is how they got the job done-of course in roller skates

hopefully someone knows this one

Well, "Prayer of the Rollerboys" has a lot of skating, and I believe some of them make a hit and run strike either from or back into a truck.  Maybe it could be the mystery film.  Ken Begg has a comprehensive recap review:
