That's probably it, he was wearing so much makeup in the films that it's hard to tell what he really looked like.

Thanks for the guesses, I'm thinking the guys too thin to be Gleeson although it was one of my guesses. My wife is doing some kind of Harry Potter competition thing on line where you have to guess the actor. I remind her this makes her a bigger nerd than me.

She found out. Its some guy who played Bill Weasley, in a very small cameo.
