Now, I'm not one for supersticion, but it seems to me that every now and then the same thing happens and my days turns out similar after that.  For me, every morning my mom calls to make sure I'm up.  She calls the house phone so I took an old phone we don't use and hooked it up in my room so I din't have to sprint into a room with a phone to pick it up.  Anyway, the only place I could find for this old phone is near a whole bunch of junk on a shelf.  I've noticed that if, when I answer the phone, if the reciever knocks something down on the way to my face, then my day is going to suck monkey balls.  Anybody else discover things that happen that turn out to be bad luck/ omens?

I tried quitting smoking back in the late '90s.
I would try by leaving my cigarettes at home whenever I went out.
Trouble is, I'd always end up in some situation where I really needed one.

Back in the 80's, on occasion I would wake up on the floor of where ever I was living, with vomit in my hair and half nekkid, surrounded by empty booze bottles and my  place would be trashed, and BLACK FLAG would be blasting from the stereo. Not a good sign.  Bluesad
