During the workout scene, you should do multiple types of workouts. (change shots for different workouts)
During the montage, insert one or two seperate shots of you snapping your head quickly towards the camera. (Zoolander style)
While you're doing that, have the camera operator zoom in close on your head as you make a tough face.
Wear a headband and wristbands. Play cheesy 80's music so it's like a cheesy 80's video like
