Baby Blues, this sounds messed up!

I just put this on my Netflix queue, hadn't heard of it before... here's the summary:

"Suffering postpartum depression, a mother (Colleen Porch) of four goes off the deep end and becomes determined to kill her own offspring. Now, it's up to the eldest son, 10-year-old Jimmy (Ridge Canipe), to protect his siblings from their murderous mom. Jimmy knows every corner of the family farm where he and his brothers and sister are stranded, and he must use that knowledge effectively if he wants to stay alive in this unsettling film."

What else can I say?  Sounds funky.

I have seen it.  It's a bit underwhelming.  It is supposedly based on true events but it goes way over the top.  It completely kills it's unique idea once it goes into normal slasher territory.  Not that good, not that bad.  Mediocre.
