i dont know when the movie was made but i saw a movie some time ago that had 2 people dancing like salsa or tango. it was a white guy and i think spanish girl. im not sure but i think they were running away from somone. i remember at the end there supposed to dance and the guy hurts his leg and a witchdoctor comes out with a snake and heals his leg and then they dance. i cant remember the name of the movie though.

Sounds like it may be The FORBIDDEN DANCE (1990)...Sid Haig plays a witch doctor in it! Never seen it...but it seems to fit!
